The recent weather in the area is giving the cows in the field plenty of resting time. It has been misty with gray skies, showing beautiful colors amongst the gray sky. The temperature and climate being much like my trips to Ireland.
Saturday morning’s painting was at Fort Getty in Jamestown, RI. It was absolutely gorgeous day after several days of rain and clouds, the greens were so vibrant. I still have a couple of adjustments to make color wise.

This was a painting done in my Tuesday night class down at Second Beach in Newport. The late afternoon at “Surfer’s End” is always pleasurable with the temperature cooling and the beachgoers packing up and a sense of unwind to the day.
